The interview was good. The manager and supervisors were really nice and knew their stuff. I felt welcomed and got the vibe that the people working here actually liked their jobs and the work environment. I'm thinking about taking a job offer from them.

Behavioral Presentation

A staffing agency referred me for this role. I didn't know much about the position beforehand, which was a bit challenging. They spent about 20 minutes discussing themselves, the company, and the role. It became clear during the conversation that the position was for a Graphic Designer, which isn't my area as I focus on math and don't do design work.

The interview was straightforward in my experience. The interviewer asked the standard questions about systems experience, resume skills, strengths/weaknesses, and 2&5 year goals. Based on the interview experience, I get the impression that they look for individuals that are very independent and direct communicators. The workplace culture is to deliver results for clients, and there is likely a lot of pressure from management.
