The process was neither good nor bad, but it seemed to lack organization, courtesy in follow-up, and had timing issues. For a company that's been around for 40+ years, you'd think recruitment would have this down to a science. It took 2 months, with constant reschedules and no follow-up to say yay or nay. Keep trying Interbrand.

A hiring manager reached out to me on LinkedIn to start the interview process, which had two rounds. In each round, I met with three people from the Program Management department. They all asked me basic questions about myself and my past work and then described their own roles in the department. It took three weeks to get from the first to the second interview, mainly because of scheduling issues on Interbrand's end, which was a bit annoying but understandable given how busy things can get. Right after the second interview, the hiring manager discussed my interest in the job, along with my salary expectations and when I could start. Then, it took about two more weeks to get an offer. So, the whole thing took about a month, even though Interbrand wanted to move quickly. Everyone I met was really nice, and they kept me informed about the timeline, despite a few last-minute interview cancellations due to things like weather and sickness.

I had to reschedule my recruiter phone screen 3 times. The in-person interviews with company employees also got rescheduled 3 times. The interviewers were distracted by their laptops and clearly hadn't read my resume. Even though one of them said I'd be a good fit for client work, I got a rejection email.
