After submitting my resume at their office, I got an email a few days later inviting me for an interview. I had one lengthy interview with my two future bosses where we discussed my education, my experience, and my expectations to make sure I was a good fit for the team. They said they would get back to me within two days, and they did. They sent another email to offer me the position.

I chatted with the recruiter on the phone, and she was really good and clear. Then I went in for an in-person interview and met with three different people. Each interview was scheduled for 30 minutes, and it all went pretty smoothly. Everything seemed great, and they mentioned they'd let me know the results the following week. I never actually heard back, though, even after I sent a follow-up email at the end of that week to see if they'd made any decisions. It would have been nice to get a response when they decided, even if it was a no, because I spent the week and the days after waiting around.

Behavioral Presentation

I was contacted by the company's recruiter, who was interested in my work and wanted to set up a phone appointment. The call was laid back and quick. She then asked me when I could come to the office to meet with two Creative Directors. Things got a little complicated after that because the talent acquisition person decided to leave the company. I was introduced to another recruiter, but it took her a long time to reply to my emails. Finally, the appointment was set up, and I got 30 minutes with each CD. They were both great and showed interest in my work. The interview was laid back and more of a conversation.

  • Could you discuss your work?
  • What about your choices?
  • Can you elaborate on your creative process?
