The process was detailed and professional. I had nice and thorough meetings with important people and my direct managers. They also gave me some info about the office culture, who the key people are, and what the main priorities are.

Found the job on Indeed. Applied directly on the company website. Had two rounds of HR interviews: one phone call and one Zoom meeting. Then interviewed with the Executive. The process was direct and straightforward, with timely and efficient emails and scheduling.

I was contacted by an external recruiter for an initial phone screen. They were enthusiastic and discussed my background, asking about my CRM experience. I was then scheduled for an on-site interview with four people, 30 minutes each, as the company is committee-based. The interview was set for about a week and a half out, so I took a vacation day. Upon arrival, two interviewers didn't show up. One met with me briefly (15 mins) to discuss CRM experience before needing to leave for another call. The other interviewer and I had a good chat about the company, but it was clear they weren't interested in my candidacy. I later learned the company had decided to go in a different direction before my interview even took place. They should have just canceled the interview rather than making me waste my time and vacation day.
