I met with HR and they gave me a tour of the facility. Then I met the VP, who was a great guy, and then the Owner, also a great guy. The whole company seemed good to me. The interview day took one full day, and then they made an offer. After some back and forth, we reached an agreement. I actually ended up bringing over 50 new customers on board right away when I was hired. I liked that the company operates under Christian ethics.
