Beri from talent acquisition reached out on LinkedIn, and we set up a call to talk more about the job. I was then chosen to continue and interviewed with the CFO, VP of Recruitment, and the owner. The talent acquisition manager kept me in the loop about the whole process and what was coming next. It was a good experience all around.

I met with 5 interviewers in total. First, I spoke with two people, one new to IntePros and another who had been there a while. They shared their experiences and covered the basics. Then, I met individually with the other three interviewers, who were leads and the director. Only two of the five actually asked the typical interview questions. Mostly, it was a casual chat to get to know each other and discuss the company and the job duties. The whole thing took about 1.5 hours, but it felt quick. I had a great experience overall and enjoyed the interview with the company.

A recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn for a phone screen. The call was scheduled for 48 hours out, and I wasn't given a job description. They asked for my resume less than 30 minutes before the call. During the call, they mentioned that the line was recorded. At that point, I decided to end the process.
