The interview process went great. They ask you typical nursing questions and situational questions. If you have experience in nursing, the interview will be easy. After the interview, you will talk to a credentialing specialist to go over any documents you may need to start picking up shifts.

I applied at Intelycare and got a recruiter screening call quickly. We had a good chat, and then I interviewed with the hiring manager. We talked about what Intelycare does, their challenges, and my role. They explained the next steps, but then I heard nothing for weeks. I followed up, but no response. I'm writing this because I was ghosted, but seeing recent reviews about layoffs and CEO changes makes me wonder if I dodged a bullet.

This was the strangest interview process ever. After applying, I had a 30-minute call with a recruiter. It went well, and the recruiter thought I'd be a good fit and said I'd hear about next steps by the end of the day. Three days later, I hadn't heard anything, so I followed up. The recruiter finally responded three days after that, mentioning they were working with the hiring team on budget. I was surprised a job was posted without approved budget. They said I'd hear back by end of day again, and still nothing. I emailed a few days later for an update and got no response. I was totally ghosted. This company seems really dysfunctional, which explains their bad reviews.

I had an initial chat with a recruiter, then did an assessment. The recruiter got back to me the next day. Then I had a second round interview via Zoom with two hiring managers. They mentioned at the start they weren't ready and didn't realize they had my interview scheduled, and also said they were really rushed, which made it awkward. By the end, I still didn't really know about the day-to-day stuff, the schedule, pay, or benefits. I only had about 10 minutes left to ask anything, so I had to be selective with my questions, and they still weren't clear. They said they'd talk it over and the recruiter would follow up. I sent a thank you email, but the recruiter was out of office until the next week. Since I had other offers, I messaged the recruiter. They finally texted me the next week saying it wasn't a good fit. I asked for feedback, but they didn't give any. Honestly, it felt like a waste of time, and it was clear from the start it wasn't going to work out. Maybe if I was a white male, it would have been different.
