The interview was pretty good, the interviewers were calm and nice. It lasted about an hour. They asked questions related to the domain, my internships, and projects. They also threw in some fun aptitude questions.

Good interview experience. The HR was nice and the clients were very supportive and helpful. The accounts handled there are very good and the salaries are okay. Some people were impolite but it wasn't a big deal.

I applied for a remote job. It didn't take long to hear back, just a few days. They first did a phone screening to see if I was a fit. If I passed, they sent over an assessment and a typing test. The assessment was pretty tough and took about an hour, with word problems and algebra. I'm not the best at algebra but did okay. After that, I got a call to schedule an online interview. It was really relaxed, and I could be myself. I asked a bunch of questions, so it felt like a conversation. They gave a lot of details about the job. They asked several questions, but they were straightforward.

I applied with GC Services and got a call for an interview two days later. The interview was scheduled at the office in Lakeland, Florida. The receptionist collected copies of my Social Security card and driver's license. Then, I was given some documents to read and a form to fill out while I waited. On the form, question three stated that English-speaking reps make $9.28/hour and bilingual reps make $9.78/hour, regardless of education level. I was surprised by this given the company's $500 million revenue last year. I felt that paying minimum wage in Florida is outdated, especially with the rising cost of living. I urged GC Services to reconsider their pay and be transparent with recruiters about these low salaries, even with potential bonuses, because of taxes.
