First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Intellivo.
Human Resources
My interview process was great from start to finish. The best part was once I connected with the Recruiter for my role, everything moved quickly! I was able to connect with several different people in the organization to make sure everything was a fit.
- Can you tell me what you're seeking in your next position?
- What kinds of things drive you?
- What would you say your ideal work environment is like?
Client Services Administrative Specialist
I had one short phone call with HR, one 30 minute phone interview with my manager, and one 30 minute video interview with my manager and the team. I was asked questions about my work history, how I have handled various situations, and my aspirations. I was given the opportunity to ask clarifying questions. I had a good understanding of the company, the position, and expectations for employees. I felt I could make an informed employment decision once I was offered the job. I appreciated that my manager personally called me to say I was being offered the position, before the offer email was sent. I was not pressured to make a decision during the phone call. The personal touch was so nice, and I see that her kindness during the interview process and job offer has carried through to everyday work.
- Can you tell me about a mistake you made at work, the steps you took to resolve it, and its outcome?
Administrative Assistant
They offered a salary that I felt was a bit high for what the position requires. The process included 1 phone interview, 1 zoom interview, then 2 assessments, followed by an in-person interview and a short essay. It felt like too many steps for the role, especially with assessments and short answers this deep into the interview process. I was informed they declined my application via email after submitting my short answer. The company location is inconvenient. The interviewer seemed indifferent and bland. However, the company was very quick to respond, which was good. Overall, the number of interview rounds, the demands of the job, and the responsibilities don't justify the offered pay.
- How would you arrange for food or book reservations for 30 people in Memphis?
Director
The interview process was great. Everyone was friendly and responsive. They were realistic with the decision-making timeline. I enjoyed meeting key leaders and hearing their perspectives and the organization's direction.
- Were you open about the process and interested in hearing how I could influence the organization?
