First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at IntelliTrans.
Data Scientist
The interview process has 3 rounds. First, an HR round for basic screening and job alignment. Second, an interview with the Hiring Manager that includes real-time coding (SQL & Pandas) and testing core ML knowledge. Third, a Behavioral round.
- Can you explain Random Forests and the evaluation metrics used in your previous projects?
Customer Success Manager
Phone screen was the first interview, then a character assessment second. After each interview, I had to chase the recruiter for updates. They seemed really positive about my chances, but it turned out they promote internally. I had to ask them why I didn't get the job because they ghosted me after the second interview.
- What's a pet peeve of yours?
Operations
The IntelliTrans interview process went well and I enjoyed the aptitude test. There were 3 rounds of interviews with all levels of management. Even the Director of Operations was able to interview me in the process.
- Describe a mistake you made and how you fixed it.
Customer Success Manager
A recruiter reached out, and I was interested. After completing a personality quiz, I went through 5 interviews but then got ghosted, with no response to my emails or correspondence regarding my candidacy status. It makes you reconsider recruiters who might only be meeting candidates to meet quotas.
- Tell me about your background and experience.
