I got this job after applying on craigslist. A few days later, they called me for a quick chat and then asked me to fill out the application online. About a week after that, I had my interview in person. Then, I got a computer assessment to check my skills with MS Word and general computer stuff. After that, I met with the operations managers who were really engaging. They asked some pretty technical questions, inquiring about my organizational abilities and how I handle conflict. A week later, I had to email my documents for a background check and drug screening. Once I passed those, I got the offer. Just so you know, the pay is fixed because Verizon sets it, not Intellisource. You'll be working for Intellisource, but doing work for Verizon.

The company reached out to me about a job opening. I had three interviews, and then I was waiting to hear back about a fourth interview. The pay wasn't great, but I followed up, and they said they'd let me know about setting up a time in a few days. The next day, I got an email saying they'd already hired someone, even though I was still in the interview process. Apparently, this happens a lot here. My advice is to save yourself the trouble. I've got over ten years of HR experience, and the whole process was very unprofessional, including making me wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment time.

I had 3 phone interviews. The recruiter seemed a bit out of sync with the role since it wasn't described that well. Two more interviews were a bit more clarifying but still lacked some direction. Then I had an in-person interview which gave some more info but there was still an inability to get a clear picture of the job or its requirements. I was invited to a second in-person interview which seemed to go very well and the job was finally explained properly. I was promised an answer within a few days but never heard back. My two follow-up emails were ignored and not responded to. Not a good sign.

It was a quick interview with general questions, happening at the same time as my application. Lots of us were being interviewed together. They place you in a department with a 4-week quota; if you don't meet it, you're out. No transfers. For this role, you don't really need to prep unless you're aiming for something outside of warehouse work. There's a drug test you have to take, then they'll call you. The whole thing took about 30 minutes.
