It's pretty simple, if you're not feeling a candidate after talking with them, just send them an auto-rejection email. It's not that hard. Ghosting people is so unprofessional, but that's what this company did to me. No wonder they're struggling to hire. Plus, there's no need to make employees come into the office for most jobs. If you look at the people in their office, you'll see they aren't very diverse.
