First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Intelligent Office.
Officer
I had an interview with an HR rep who asked about my background, which went fine. Then there was a technical test to check my experience, followed by a final interview with the team manager.
- Can you discuss your academic and professional history?
- Tell me about your current work experience.
Administrative Assistant
It was easy and right to the point. I was interviewed and shortly after, I was offered the position. I went in for paperwork, talked to the hiring manager, and started about a week after. Overall, I think the hiring and interview process is very fast once you get the call for an interview. Good luck!
- What makes you want to work here and what are your qualifications?
Team Member
I was invited to a nice building in More London and met the person I'd been emailing, who then introduced me to someone else who would interview me too. Some of the chat was about my CV, wanting more info. The whole thing lasted about 20-30 mins, then there was a quick test on basic numbers and checking text details.
- Could you share an instance where you went above and beyond in a past job?
- Tell me more about the details on your CV.
- Show me your skills with numbers.
Docucenter Assistant
I was referred by a recruiter, so I don't know if I applied directly. The interview was pretty relaxed and informal, more of a chat than anything. I was asked why I'd want to work there if I'm aiming for a legal career, which seemed a bit odd given it's a legal outsourcing place. After a tour, I got why – the job is basically just scanning documents, with no real customer interaction and not much opportunity for advancement. I also did a proofreading test where I had to compare a scanned document to its original, which was really simple, just checking for correct page order.
- Can you give me an example of your attention to detail?
- Why do you want to work here if you're interested in a legal career?
