First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at IntelliDyne.
Systems Engineer
The manager I interviewed with was great, showing both excellent management skills and technical expertise. He was the lead at a site that the company has since lost the contract for. It was a good site to work at, close to a mall, with a nice team and great user support.
- Were you asked about IT-related matters?
- Did you face any scenario questions?
- Were there questions about your past experiences?
IT
It was a pretty informal process. The day was busy for them so it was a little improvised as far as who and where. Interviewers didn't script or rehearse, they asked real questions that pertained to looking for a good person with ability to learn and drive. A flexible company should be given flexibility by employees.
- What would you do if you arrived and found the client's service was not available?
Network Engineer
The interview was over Zoom with the network team and managers. It was pretty quick and easy. They answered all my questions and gave me a good idea of what the day-to-day work is like at the company.
- Can you explain your troubleshooting process?
- What is your approach when dealing with incidents?
Sales
I was impressed with everyone I met. The company has a clear vision and knows how to stand out. The executive team's experience is notable, and they seem set for continued growth.
- What motivates your decision to seek new employment?
- Describe your approach to discovering potential new business opportunities.
