The team was super friendly and I had a great time interviewing. It was a comfortable and welcoming conversation. They asked interesting questions about my past work and background. The whole thing felt good and engaging.
- Can you discuss your prior work experience?
- Could you tell us about your background?

The interview process involved a phone interview, a coffee interview, and a company interview. However, the company never got back to me after the interviews, despite assurances that I would hear back by the end of the week. It's been about two months and they still haven't responded to my emails. This was the worst experience I've had with a biotech company. The company interview was disorganized, with a 15-minute wait alone in a room. Some interviewers seemed unhappy with the company's situation, with one even saying management was worse than at other biotechs.
- Can you tell me about your experience?

I applied online and had one HR round and one interview with the hiring manager over the phone. Since they liked me a lot, I was invited for an on-site interview. They made excellent arrangements for my stay. The interview process was great. I got to interact with a lot of team members and they all seemed interested in my background as well. It was a good experience.
- Can you tell us more about yourself?
- Do you have any technical questions about my project?
