It was pretty straightforward. First, I had a quick chat with an engineer, then a technical part. I thought I did well in both, and they said they'd get back to me in about a week about what's next. After that, nothing.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was lengthy but equitable, spanning approximately two weeks. It involved two stages of screening and technical assessment. Initially, there was a phone screen, followed by a one-on-one meeting, and concluding with a technical screening. Communication from the management and hiring manager was excellent, making the process quite fair and transparent.

Behavioral Other

The interview was in person and they were flexible with the timing. It wasn't a very long interview, and I was informed I got the job before I even left. It felt more like an informative session about the job and what's expected, rather than a strict review. They basically went into more detail about the responsibilities so I could be sure about my decision.

Behavioral Other

I had an initial call with the recruiter. Then I spoke with the owner, and after that, I spoke with the owner and his wife. After they checked references, they told me verbally that an offer letter was coming. Two days later, they said it again. Then, two more days passed, and I still hadn't received anything, so I reached out via email, text, and phone calls to the owner, but got no response. This was the most unprofessional interview process I've ever been through.
