Data Analyst
It began with a self-introduction, followed by questions about my SQL skills. Some SQL questions were asked. This was a telephone interview conducted by their HR, who was patient and attentive.

- What's the distinction between rank and denserank functions?
- Please provide a SQL query related to ranking.
Network Operations Specialist
They did a review of my complete IT background and years of IT experience, and a complete resume review. We talked about my experience working with other employees, and my experience working on my own. They also asked about my passion for IT, what I think my strongest skill set is, and how I rate my skill set with hardware and software. The interview took one hour, and waiting on government budget took 4 months to go through.
- When are you available to start?
- What was something they asked you?
- What are your salary expectations?
Wind Tunnel Engineer
I wanted to leave a review about the interview process, but I can't. Intellectechs reached out to me after I applied on Indeed. The email said to reply to schedule my interview, so I did. They seemed to forget about me for a month, so I followed up via email. Ten minutes later, they called to set up a phone interview for the next day at 4 PM. When that time came, I didn't get a call and I'm not going to follow up. The company's and its president's reviews are telling, and I've now seen their hiring skills myself.

Network Engineer
The job I interviewed for was in support of a project ran by AT&T. The technical interview was completed by AT&T. IntellecTechs did the initial screening to make sure I had the basic skills, my resume was accurate and that I met the minimum requirements for the job before they set up the technical interview.
