First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Intellect.
Analyst
It was a tough but direct interview process. The interviewer was nice. I was initially in the common seating area, and then someone took me for the interview. The whole thing was 30 minutes and they asked technical questions.
- Can you tell me the reason you're interested in working for my company?
Teleconsultant
The interview process was short but professional. The interviewer was very accommodating and receptive to the information I shared, seeming quite keen. It was a preliminary interview lasting about 10 minutes.
- Could you tell me about yourself and your background?
Workday Consultant
I interviewed for a project that was only supposed to be 3-4 months long. The client wanted contract-to-hire, which I declined, but the recruiter misrepresented my acceptance to the employer. Recruiters will say anything to close a deal; there's no integrity. The client insisted on a video call to 'verify my appearance' for a remote role, which felt like a way to check my race. The process started in early July and an offer was made in late September. Expect to be kept waiting.
- Is contract-to-hire something you'd consider?
- Do you have any health problems?
- Are you open to a contract-to-hire arrangement?
Counselor
First, there's a quick screening call that's about 20-30 minutes long, either by phone or video. They'll probably ask about your history, why you want this job, your experience with clients (especially in therapy), and if you get what this place is all about.
- What specific therapeutic techniques are you familiar with, like CBT, DBT, or EMDR?
- Can you share how you manage difficult clients?
- What's your background with trauma-informed care?
