There were two interview rounds. The first was a technical interview, and the second was an HR interview. They asked me about the major challenge in my project implementation, the master data upload process design, user acceptance test, and master data upload.

It started with an email asking me to do some questionnaires about different situations and a Microsoft Office quiz. A couple of weeks after that, I had an in-person interview with my potential boss and some other folks from the team. The second interview was also with the potential boss, and this time it included a 'skill assessment' where I had to show some basic computer skills, specifically around quoting for Telecom services. Then, a few weeks later, I got an email with a personality assessment, followed by a final interview with the senior management. The whole hiring process took a pretty long time, like 2-3 months.
