First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Intelicare Direct.
Member Care Representative
I saw the job posting for a Member Care Representative on craigslist, it said they were having a job fair with direct interviews. I had to apply online before going to the job fair. When I got there it wasn't really a job fair, I went straight to the interview. I was interviewed by a supervisor and a lead. They didn't really introduce the company, just talked about being on time and how much overtime there is. The lead mostly took notes. The supervisor asked most of the questions, like about my previous job experience and why I left my last job. The interview was short and they said they'd let me know by email in a few days.
- What was your attendance like at your previous jobs?
Customer Service Representative
You need to bring your resume and make sure it shows you have the basic qualifications. Then, you'll write a short paragraph about what you think makes for good customer service. After that, they'll give you a presentation about the company's benefits and what they do. You'll then be offered some refreshments in the break room before being called in individually for a chat. They'll ask you to talk about your previous customer service experience, your past jobs and why you left them, and if you're looking for a stable job and want to grow with the company. They will also ask if you have any questions for them about the hiring process.
- Explain what you would do if someone was being rude to a customer?
Human Resources Director
I spoke to two HR managers over the phone first, then I had an in-person interview with the CEO. The CEO's spouse was there but didn't ask anything. The CEO's interview was supposed to be 15-20 minutes, which it was. He asked me to ask him questions, and I did. It felt like speed dating for an executive role.
- Tell me why you applied for this role?
- Would you be okay with a kid friendly and gay friendly workplace?
Assistant Manager
You'll need to bring a printed copy of your resume. First, you'll talk to someone from HR, then you'll interview with another Assistant Manager. You'll answer some questions they have for you, and usually, an HR person will contact you the same day.
- Can you name a negative character trait about yourself?
