Entrevista com RH, depois com o líder da área e por fim um teste prático. Ambas as entrevistas foram tranquilas, focadas em contar minha trajetória profissional. As pessoas foram super educadas e o RH deu o retorno do resultado.

The interview process was really good for me. The HR manager led it incredibly, always asking about my wants and possibilities, I felt comfortable the whole time.

Behavioral Case Presentation

First I had an interview with someone from HR, who asked a lot of questions, and was always very nice. The second stage, I had to do a case study and present it to someone from the department. This person seemed completely uninterested in listening to me, acting like they were there out of obligation. They were arrogant and dismissed my ideas. I felt the HR person watching the presentation got uncomfortable and tried to say positive things. This person from the department (who even rolled their eyes during my presentation) was arrogant and kept praising themselves about working at the company. Because of all this, I knew I didn't stand a chance of being approved and left devastated. But I still had to ask for feedback, otherwise, I'd still be waiting. Tip: respect the candidate's presentation and professional career, even if the ideas don't fit the company's profile. Be nice, listen, everyone has their own background and experience, and never forget, we don't know if they might be colleagues in the future.
