The recruiter hid behind their computer during the interview. They tried to make me use a specific resume format that wasn't mentioned in the application. They also didn't give me a chance to ask any questions, which I think is important because interviews are a two-way street. Plus, they didn't explain how using their services would actually benefit me when I can just apply to companies myself.
