First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Integrity Health Services.
Registered Nurse
It was a really easy interview, very conversational. They told me a bit about the company and asked me to come in to complete more paperwork. I haven't finished everything yet. I'm trying to find out more about the company.
- What is your availability?
- Can you come to the office?
Licensed Practical Nurse
I applied online and got an email a few days later to schedule an interview. The whole process took about two days to finish. I talked to the Administrator who asked me some questions. I took a 50-question exam. Then, the Clinician gave me some basic training on documentation and Alzheimer's Disease. I also went over my work history with the DON.
- What are you currently occupied with?
Licensed Practical Nurse
So first, they made sure I had all my CEUs updated, and I had completed a 3-hour Alzheimer's training for the elderly, along with getting copies of my nursing license, driver's license, and all the necessary paperwork to be compliant with state regulations. After getting all that documentation sorted, there were a few hours dedicated to testing and training, which was totally worth it. I ended up meeting with a bunch of people from different departments – the Administrator, Case Manager, Director of Nursing, some Staffers, and the Clinical Manager. I think they did this to gauge my personality and see if I'd be a good fit for the team, which I actually appreciated because it also gave me a chance to figure out if it was the right place for me (and it was).
- Can you tell me about your previous experiences?
- How many years have you been in your current role?
- What motivated you to apply to our company?
Nurse Practitioner Aesthetic
It was a professional meeting where we discussed the business and my background. They asked me behavioral questions and for proof of my abilities and skills. From the start, the interviewer was seeking information about my past experiences and skills, either directly or indirectly.
- Can you start by telling us about yourself?
- What would you say are your greatest strengths?
- What do you consider to be your weaknesses?
