The first call with the recruiter was good. Then they wanted me to come in person to meet the manager. The manager spent the whole time talking about current employees and didn't ask anything relevant. They wasted about half my day with this pointless discussion. They never gave any feedback. It felt like they just wanted to learn about my previous or current company's details and processes to copy them. They also bring up a high salary bar just to have a conversation and find out about your current company details.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you tell me about your current company's processes and details?

The second round was an in person interview that involved me to work on some sample requirement wherein I was suppose to source an ideal resume and present my sample search string for that particular requirement. There was also an HR Round (Final Discussion).
