First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Integrated Resources.
Contractor
I was contacted by a recruiter and had an interview, and then the position was mine within a week. It was a good experience overall. The hiring process was straightforward and successful. They communicated well throughout, and the platform made it pretty easy to wrap up all the onboarding stuff.
- Can you describe your past experience?
- Can you make sure that keywords that point to your relevant experience are clearly stated for the hiring team?
Account Coordinator
The interview process was good. I first had a call with the Head of Department from the US, who was very professional and asked about my background. Initially, I applied for a Junior role, but given my experience, IRI decided to consider me for a senior role. The second round was with the Director. She was professional and interested in how I approach my tasks and was very flexible. She seems like a good person with strong decision-making skills.
- Can you elaborate on your background and experience?
- Tell me about the clients you've worked with.
- Describe your working style with clients.
SharePoint Consultant
The recruiter came in with a really low rate, saying the client would upgrade compensation later, but I felt like they were just wasting my time and probably holding me as a backup if their first choice didn't accept. The client, BCBST, kept rescheduling the interview. After I accepted the offer, I got an email saying the client was changing and that slot was full. I told the recruiter this might happen, and it did. I'd advise staying away from their leadership, team, and the company itself.
- Are you open to a $14/hr. pay reduction?
- Can you show screenshots of your work samples?
Customer Support Representative
I was contacted via Indeed and then got a call right after. The recruiter asked some general questions, then requested my date of birth, physical address, and to send over my resume. Following that, I was asked to send an email back confirming it was okay to send my resume. The whole interaction felt a bit unusual, with a strong Indian accent that made me wonder if it was a phishing attempt. However, the company seems legitimate, but I'm still a bit concerned if the email itself might have been a scam.
