You first get hired through Adecco, so you have a meeting with them at their building. They have you take a typing and scenario test beforehand. When you meet with Adecco, they print out your resume and set up a time for you to interview at Epiq. When you get to Epiq you interview with one of the supervisor, you'll know if they want you right on the spot. You'll then get a mouth swab drug test and they'll either give you your assignment then, or contact you later to tell you when you're starting.

This was the first group interview I've had. Five applicants were sitting around a table with four attorneys from Epiq asking questions. Each applicant had to answer the questions posed by one attorney at a time. I have lots of experience, but one of the attorneys next to me just passed the bar. Even after four months, the employer hasn't responded. I talked to a recruiter who used to work at the firm, and when I asked why I didn't get hired, she said it was because my background was too intimidating for the current attorneys. So, be aware of what you're getting into. Apparently, the work is tough and the pay isn't great.

First, you need to meet the requirements the HR department has. After that, you'll have an interview with the HR Officer, and then with the QA Head. If you pass the QA interview with the head, you'll wait for the HR Officer to contact you via call or message. The next step is a medical check-up, and if you pass that, you'll be called for the Job Offer. Once you agree to the offer, the HR Officer will let you know your start date.
