Got an email from a recruiter to set up an interview. Met with two people from the team. Felt like I nailed it and they really liked me. I followed up via email with the recruiter like three times but never heard back. They even ghosted my thank you email.

The HR person messed up the interview times twice, but the actual interview with the right person was good and I enjoyed it. They gave me a good overview of the company and what the job is like.

Behavioral

It wasn't a tough interview process. No technical, silly, or trick questions were asked. It was typical to walk me through my background and a few behavioral questions. They also asked why I was right for the job. There was a phone screening by HR, followed by an in-person interview. I first met with two managers, and then with two other co-workers I would be working closely with.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • None were difficult.

The interview process was quick, spanning just two days from the initial assessment. It became clear during the interviews that the company was more interested in a candidate with strong JDE functionality knowledge rather than just development or programming skills.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Given that you are more of a technical (programming) person, were you able to provide satisfactory answers to functional questions?
