Behavioral Presentation

It was a lengthy process. We started with a phone screen, resume, and application, which is pretty standard. Then, I met in person. I spent an hour with the hiring VP, which was great to connect with her and hear about her success story. After that, I had interviews with executives, and then they made an offer.

Behavioral

It was a pretty straightforward process. I got contacted by Christina, the internal recruiter, who then guided me through everything. First, there was a phone screen, then an in-person meeting, and finally a job shadow. She really made it easy and made sure all my questions were answered. She was always on time for calls and sent over all the necessary info, like benefits, to help me figure out if it was the right fit for my family. I'd say salespeople should definitely check out Integrated. They treat you like a professional, a real person, and it's a great opportunity.

Christina, the recruiter, found my resume online and contacted me on a Saturday, which I appreciated because it showed her dedication to finding great people. She gave me her personal cell number so I could call her outside of work hours, allowing me to focus on my current job while scheduling interviews. She explained the company and the upcoming process really well. After that, I met with Lisa and Colin. Lisa was great and very knowledgeable about staffing and enthusiastic about the company. Colin gave me a good sense of what the job would involve during our job shadow. Christina kept me updated at every stage, sending me all the necessary forms and paperwork. She even took me to lunch on my first day.

Behavioral Technical

I had an initial chat with Lisa, who was friendly but did most of the talking. She seemed to think I was a great fit without giving me much chance to speak. Then, I had a phone interview with Christina, and she was the opposite, letting me do most of the talking. She made achieving a six-figure salary sound really easy. My one-on-one with Jeff was a bit strange; he avoided eye contact, but he's very knowledgeable about the industry.
