Behavioral Technical

The whole thing took over 6 months and I had 4 interviews across 3 different offices. I told them my salary expectations and relocation needs upfront to the first person I spoke with, and they said it was fine. Each office mentioned I knew more than other candidates they interviewed. They were pretty bad at giving updates after interviews, so I had to chase them up weeks later only to be told I needed to interview with another office. The Oakland interview was the best, while the LA one was a mess because they seemed unprepared. In the end, they decided not to hire me, and the salary they offered was way below market for a Bim Manager in this area.
