Systems Administrator
First I talked to a recruiter over the phone, we talked about my education, abilities, and they looked over my resume and gave me some tips to make it better for the hiring managers. Then I submitted the revised resume and had an in-person interview with my potential coworkers and some other employees. Finally, I had another in-person interview with the VP of the company.
