First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Integral Consulting.
Marketing Communications Manager
The interview process was really long, and they asked me to do custom sample projects. I'm not a fan of that, especially when I've already shown my skills with a portfolio.
- Interviewed with various people in the company, and they all asked similar/the same questions.
Principal Geologist
The interview process was very thorough and inquisitive from the first phone screen to the interview itself, which was with the leadership team. I only had one interview with them. Integral has an outstanding leadership team with excellent strategic vision and does a lot of very interesting work for some very fine clients in diverse market sectors. It would be an exciting and enriching work environment.
- Can you compare your past accomplishments and challenges with the goals of this role, and explain how they would enable you to achieve those new goals?
Customer Service Representative
It was a short and sweet process, but they gave minimal feedback on salary or duties. I'm not sure what the job actually entails. I never got a call back to let me know either way. It was a waste of my time. Not for me.
- What makes you want to join this company?
Environmental Engineer
It was a four hour interview with 3 groups of questions from different engineers. All questions related to my work and master's degree. There was a writing part where I had to assess an environmental contamination scenario. Everyone I talked to was nice and shared their own experiences.
- What were the biggest hurdles you encountered while finishing your Master's thesis?
- Could you assess a common environmental contamination situation?
