I applied online, and then a recruiter got back to me after a few days. They asked me to do a cognitive assessment and a personality test. The next day, the recruiter called me to set up a phone interview. After that, I had to take the cognitive assessment test again, but this time with a proctor. The recruiter said they would schedule an interview with the hiring manager, but then they just stopped responding.

So this company reached out to me on LinkedIn in March, asking if I was interested in the Client Services Manager role. We chatted a bit, I sent my CV, and they set up a call with HR. The call was supposed to be the next day because they messed up the original booking, which was a bit awkward. During the screening, it felt more like a proper interview, and honestly, I got the feeling I wasn't quite the right fit because my background is pretty different. I left the call feeling a bit uncertain, and HR said they'd check with the hiring manager if they'd even consider me for an in-person interview. I was ready to give up then, but a few days later, they invited me for an onsite interview at their London office. I decided to go, and met the hiring manager. The interview itself was quite relaxed, especially since everyone else seemed to be having drinks when I arrived around 5 PM, which gave me a good vibe about the workplace. After feeling like the interview went well, I emailed them for feedback multiple times, but never heard back. I guess that's how I found out I didn't get the job, which I find really unprofessional, especially since they invited me for an in-person interview and contacted me directly on LinkedIn. You'd think there'd be more investment, but clearly not.

I was first contacted on Linkedin by a recruiter. We had an initial call where they asked basic questions about my experience and interests, and what I knew about IAS. After that, I was invited to an in-person interview at their office with two team leads. They asked a lot of questions to understand my working style and what I could bring to the team. Then, I had a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager, who asked similar questions to the initial interview to gauge my fit for the team. The final round was a video interview with the VP of Professional Services in NY. It was more relaxed than I expected. It was nice that the VP wanted to get to know all potential hires. All interviewers were professional and intelligent, and they took the time to answer my questions. They also explained the role expectations and office culture. I had a great time meeting everyone and received an offer!
