I went through 5 interviews and completed a technical test. Initially, the people I spoke with were friendly, and I had a good impression. However, less than 24 hours after my last interview, they decided not to proceed with my candidacy, citing a vague and illogical reason. They could have easily disqualified me earlier if it had been a genuine concern. It seems like a waste of time unless you're a unicorn; they'll keep you waiting for months only to reject you for arbitrary reasons.

They had the longest interview process I've encountered thus far. So much time was spent interviewing for a job I wasn't even extended an offer for. I did 5 rounds initially. Then, was told that role was filled but they were considering me for a similar role on a different team. So I had to do 2 more interviews and a technical test. It was a lot to go through. I was not interviewing for an executive role or anything. I am mentally exhausted from the experience. It shouldn't take any company that much to figure out if they want to hire someone.

It was an 8:30 meeting, my first with the company and unfortunately the person that was meant to interview me was unable to make it and left if in the hands of the sales managers. The sales managers admitted being out the night before, they didn't have my CV with them, and didn't seem happy to be there. Rather than ask me about my experience, they quizzed me on what I knew about the company, which wasn't much, bearing in mind this was my first interview with them. All in all, very unprofessional and wouldn't want to join this company, if this is how all their staff are.
