& Process

The interview process started with a recruiter call where they asked basic background questions. Then, I had an interview with one of the hiring managers. This interview involved more in-depth questions about my experience and included many behavioral questions. Everyone I talked to was really nice and welcoming. It's helpful to know a bit about what the organization does beforehand.

So I had an interview with a recruiter, and it went really well. She said she'd set me up with the hiring manager later that week. A week passed, and she called me back, but hadn't scheduled the next interview yet, just said she needed to get dates. She called again to update me on the position, saying she was moving me forward. A few weeks later, I hadn't heard anything, so I followed up by email and then left a voicemail. Months passed, and I assumed they'd moved on or canceled the job, but it was still listed online. Finally, I got a generic email saying the position was filled, over three months after I first interviewed. I don't understand why the recruiter kept calling about the position and saying she was setting up the next interview, then ignored my follow-ups. They ghosted me, which was really unprofessional.

I interviewed for the Credentialing Specialist position in the summer and never heard back from them at all. This company definitely ghosted me. First I had the initial phone interview with a recruiter, following a face to face interview with a few of the hiring managers. I know for a fact both interviews went extremely well and they assured me that they are trying to move fast and will contact me very soon. Well I'm still waiting two months later no communication or anything. I did took the initiative to reach out to the recruiter I had the phone interview with since she was the only contact I had. I reached out to her 3 times. The first time I reached out and she informed me that she will reach out to the hiring manager for status. A week later and still no response so I reached out to her again and she said she has not heard back from the hiring manager and she will follow up again. Another week later, I reached out to her for the third time and I got no response from her at all. I deserve to at least know my status so I can move on to other opportunities. This company definitely ghosted me and will never apply or recommend anyone I'm close to to apply for any positions with Intealth. I am a college educated professional that deserves better!!

Applied online in early December. Had a phone screen through HR in early January. A week later, visited for an in-person interview with HR and completed a proofreading skills test. Didn't hear anything for a month. In early February I was scheduled to meet with two managers individually in the Communications department. The interviews lasted for more than two hours. Over two weeks later, an automated rejection from a "do not reply" email came through. Found it upsetting considering the length and intensity of the interview process. Feedback -- or perhaps a humanized message -- would have been appreciated greatly.
