First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Inte Q.
Analyst
It wasn't too bad. I had a phone interview with HR, then another with the hiring manager where they asked about my past experience and projects. After that, there was an in-person interview with three employees. I got the offer about two days later.
- Can you describe the most recent analysis you conducted and outline the steps you took to address it?
QA Engineer
The first round is an aptitude test which is a major elimination round, so prep well for it. The second round was a technical round with a coding portion where you need to show your output to boost your score. The final round was the HR round.
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this position?
C# ASP.NET Developer
I had a call with someone, and when they realized I didn't have a ton of SQL experience, they cut me off and said I wasn't a fit, and hung up before I could even respond. So rude! Never work there.
- What's your background?
Systems Analyst
I was asked a mix of technical and personal questions that seemed pretty fair. However, the interview felt a bit like a first date, and I didn't really get a clear picture of what working there would be like. Maybe I didn't probe enough to understand the company better, but everything sounded super positive, and no one mentioned any job dissatisfaction. This was a huge contrast to what I experienced once I started and saw the company from the inside.
- Could you tell me about your future aspirations?
