First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Intact.
Intern
I applied on the website after seeing a LinkedIn job post. The next day, HR got in touch and I had an interview the day after that. The whole thing was pretty quick. The hiring manager was really nice and made it easy to answer stuff. I felt like they were checking if I'd fit the team, not trying to trick me with behavioral questions.

Intern
I recently completed an interview that involved a video interview component. It included one short-form question with unlimited time, six video responses where I had 1 minute to prepare and 2 minutes to answer each, and one written response also with unlimited time. The total estimated time for the interview was around 38 minutes. I haven't received an offer response yet.
- What are your overall uni grades (GPA)?
- How would your colleagues and friends describe you?
- Can you share an accomplishment that you are proud of and explain why?
Intern
I had two rounds of interviews. The first one was a technical interview where I had to implement an idea in Java. The second round consisted of behavioral questions, covering topics like defining and coping with stress, and team structure preferences.
- Technical questions about Java implementation
- What is your definition of stress and how do you deal with it?
- Can you describe team divisions and state your preference?
