fIrst stage of the interviews. You'll go through 6 sections online via video. First, a welcome screen to introduce the company and requires you to accept terms and conditions. Second, a personalized interview with multiple choice and written response questions. Third, a setup to make sure your camera and microphone are working, and a practice video. Fourth, you can try two practice questions, but no one will see them. Fifth, the actual interview where you'll have a minute or two to think before your answer is recorded and submitted (no rerecording allowed). Lastly, wrap-up, where the recruiter might ask you to download additional documents, otherwise you're done and await your second interview.
