Business Systems Analyst
The hiring process was pretty straight forward. The technical recruiter reached me out describing the role and responsibilities. We discussed my work experience and availability to take a new role.
- Could you describe the role, responsibilities, and your salary expectations?
Business Systems Analyst
We started with some quick questions about Hogan CIS knowledge. Then, the client laid out a detailed plan of expectations and project descriptions. They also shared a list of my past project experience, covering both technical and Business Analyst roles.
- After a brief description of job requirements, would you be up for the job?
Consultant
The recruiters were really bad. They didn't seem to know anything about the jobs they were hiring for and tried to offer really low salaries. When asked a question, they wouldn't know the answer and wouldn't get back to me. I'd have to call them days later for an update, only to find out they hadn't even started looking for an answer. It was a total waste of my time.
- Why would I ever let these people represent me to potential employers?
