Even though I didn't get the job, dealing with them was a good experience. They got back to me about a week after I applied. I had a bunch of interviews back-to-back on the same day where we really dug into my past work and they asked me a couple of technical things too. Later that day, I got an email saying they were going with other people.

Had an initial phone chat. The person I spoke with was super disengaged, like, the least interested person ever. Just spoke in a monotone, read the job description super fast, and then asked me some SEO questions without seeming to know anything about it. Didn't feel like there was any real conversation, so I kind of felt like maybe it was just to check a box. The role sounded cool, but I doubt they'll find good people because the interviewer wasn't paying attention. Oh well, their loss.

This was a very unprofessional hiring process. Twice, after completing the final round of interviews, they would then start discussing logistical details like whether the position was actually needed or if they were willing to provide visa sponsorship. All of this information should have been clarified before the first interview, not after the final stage.

The interview process was a bit of a mess, with different people interviewing me one after another without any clear order. It felt really unprofessional from management's side. Honestly, I'd avoid interviewing here if you have other options because you can definitely find something much better.
