As a job applicant, I went for an interview at a company I was interested in. Before the interview, I made sure to thoroughly research the company to understand its corporate culture, mission, and vision. I also analyzed the job description to check if I had the essential skills and tailored my CV accordingly. During the interview, the professional working at the company asked me questions about the industry and the main requirements for working in it. We developed a discussion where I demonstrated my skills and experience in the field. I started the interview with a casual approach, avoiding the feeling of being in an inquisition. I tried to conduct the interview as if I were in a professional and casual meeting to establish a more fluid and enjoyable conversation. This allowed the interview to be more productive and for me to stand out as a candidate. In summary, by preparing adequately and showing a professional and casual attitude during the interview, I managed to have a successful interview at the company.
