It was a relaxed and pleasant process, focused on assessing your aptitudes and attitudes to see if you have what it takes to be chosen and move to the next module. Then, they focus on basic career knowledge, which most people don't pass.
- How would you describe yourself as a person?
Apprentice
As a job applicant, I went for an interview at a company I was interested in. Before the interview, I made sure to thoroughly research the company to understand its corporate culture, mission, and vision. I also analyzed the job description to check if I had the essential skills and tailored my CV accordingly. During the interview, the professional working at the company asked me questions about the industry and the main requirements for working in it. We developed a discussion where I demonstrated my skills and experience in the field. I started the interview with a casual approach, avoiding the feeling of being in an inquisition. I tried to conduct the interview as if I were in a professional and casual meeting to establish a more fluid and enjoyable conversation. This allowed the interview to be more productive and for me to stand out as a candidate. In summary, by preparing adequately and showing a professional and casual attitude during the interview, I managed to have a successful interview at the company.

Interviewer
First, an interview about methodologies and ways of working. Second, a technical interview focusing on backend concepts. Third, an aptitude interview with questions to assess potential. After completing these three interviews, you directly sign the contract with the interviewer to follow up on the vacancy.

Administrative Assistant
It was a pretty standard interview experience, with really kind and helpful people. They gave me some good feedback on how I did during the process, which was great. The people were nice, and they even helped me think through my final decision and reconsider my options.
