Intern
The job was advertised on a job site. We scheduled an in-person interview and it went well. The interview was relatively easy, mostly a conversation with generic, mostly personal questions. They said they'd get back to me within a week. Then, the classic ghosting, I never heard back, a real disregard.
- Tell me a little about yourself.

It starts off with some easy questions to get to know you, like asking about your day. Then, they dive into your motivation for applying, your past work experiences, and ask for examples of how you handled specific situations. They also want to know your problem-solving approach for certain issues.

- Can you share an example of a challenge you faced and how you handled it?
Professor
