First, there was an online test covering aptitude and JAVA. This was followed by a technical interview and an HR round. The technical interview, which lasted about an hour, focused heavily on JAVA and included some questions on DBMS. The HR round was about 20 minutes.

It started with a recruiter call, and if that went well, there would be a second interview. Then there was an interview focused on explaining your skills, and the interviewers were nice and empathetic (VP and Associate for language screening). This interview was successful. Three weeks later, I spoke with the Local VP, mostly explaining the job. Finally, there was a selection and HR round, but I was not selected. The interviewers were nice and professional, but the only downside is that even if you think you aced it, you have to wait for the final verdict.
