Sales
The interview process is pretty straightforward, except you'll need to study script material for a phone role-play with the interviewer. You'll go through two interviews before getting hired.
- What makes you believe you'd be a good fit for IRD?
Sales
I put in my application online on their website, and then they set up a phone interview. They actually called me when they said they would, and we talked about my past jobs and my sales experience. I spoke with two different people. They had me do a practice sales call where they really wanted to see how I handled objections. For my second season, I was invited back and I didn't have to do another interview.
- Tell me about your experience working remotely.
- What's your work-from-home experience been like?
Sales Representative
The interview process began with a phone call where I was asked many questions about my past work and experience. Then, we did a role-play exercise. They said they'd recommend me for another interview, but I never heard back.
- Tell me about your sales background.
- Are you competitive?
