The interview process was late and unprofessional, with a lack of diversity. They asked me to prepare a PowerPoint presentation but weren't ready when I presented it. Then they asked me to cook for them. They wanted me to interview for two different jobs. They were late to the interview and acted condescendingly. They said they'd call the next day but never did.

The interview process for the Steward Assistant role was smooth. I spoke with the head of Stewarding and the head of HR. They were very kind and directly explained the duties and expectations of the role, without trying to intimidate me. I received a job offer two days after the interview.

The interview was pretty short. They asked me about my previous jobs and then asked me why I wanted to work for them. They explained how the school operates and what the job would involve. It was a very laid-back chat, and the interviewer was friendly.

Super positive experience, I really clicked with the hiring manager. It felt more like a casual chat than a formal interview, which was nice. Overall, it was a really good time.
