Behavioral Presentation

The process was well outlined, especially with the pandemic. It involved phone and video interviews. There were several steps, but it was definitely worth it. First, you have a phone interview with the hiring manager. The second round is an interview with one of the office managers. The third round is between the managers themselves, where they decide if they are moving forward with your application for this position. It was a very transparent process.
