First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at InstaShop.
Software Engineer
I had concerns about the company’s work/life balance during the interview. The CTO’s comment, ‘We used to think of something in the morning and deploy it until nightfall,’ was particularly telling. It was shared with a sense of nostalgia, which made me question whether long hours and a relentless pace are still the norm. This sentiment left me with reservations about how sustainable the work environment might be, especially when it comes to maintaining a healthy balance between professional and personal life.
