Quality Assurance
We started with a phone interview, followed by a video call interview the next day. After 24 hours, I got an email saying I passed the first interview and would have a second interview with the CEO. She asked many questions about the job and my past experience, including two role-plays in Arabic and English. She mentioned I'd get feedback within 48 hours. I received an acceptance email, and then a week later, they sent a date and time for the final interview. It was very quick, just one question, and I'm still waiting for feedback.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What is your understanding of Instashop?
- Let's do a role-play with a difficult customer.
Quality Assurance Engineer
The interview went smoothly and was very professional. They were upfront about needing someone for quality assurance, but at the time, my background was in software development, which wasn't a direct match for their needs. Despite this, they were very respectful and seemed really passionate about their business idea.
- How would you handle a situation where a client is angry because of a canceled order?
Software QA Engineer
The interview process was really bad, the interviewer had a rude attitude towards me. It made me feel like the company has a toxic work culture. I had this interview 8 months ago and I hope things have changed. People make the workplace tough.
- Questions were asked that were not relevant to the job title.
