The interview process was pretty standard, mostly focused on why I wanted the job and my past experience. Before the actual interviews, I had to write down why I wanted to join Instashop and what I understood the company does. There were 4 rounds in total: a video interview, then I met with the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Head of Department, and finally the CEO. I should mention the CEO can be a bit rude, so it's important to stay calm and not let it get to you.
