I had a recruiter call first, then a 2-hour interview with managers the same week via video call because I applied in 2021 during covid. The interview was straightforward, focusing on my background and career aspirations to see what I would like. The managers were really nice and understanding. I got the job offer on the same day as the interview.

Behavioral Technical

The interview for this role lasted an hour. Even with my 10 years of experience in a similar CSM role at another HIT Company, they said I wasn't tech savvy enough to lead strategic projects, which I found untrue. The staffing agency said the hiring managers were really impressed with my resume. But I felt the interviewer decided I wouldn't move forward just by looking at me, even though I was dressed professionally, spoke well, and had done the exact same job before. Biased much?!

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The initial resume submission was fast and efficient, but after that, the process became long, tedious, and difficult. I talked to several people who asked the same questions repeatedly. They focused more on discussing the company than on learning about me as a job seeker. I even tried to find out the pros and cons of working there, but no one would mention anything positive like pay, benefits, or vacation. They also avoided bringing up any negatives. When I finished the interview, I felt it went well, and I was told I'd know about an offer within a week. It's now been a month. For a new company, I expected a more efficient way to contact prospective employees, but I was wrong. I'm disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication.

Behavioral Technical Coding Technical

So I had my first interview with the most senior engineer. It started with some basic behavioral questions and then we went over my resume. After that, there were a couple of easy technical questions, but then two problems came up that were a bit tricky. One of them was about trees, but the question was kind of vague and didn't specify if it was about binary trees. I asked about it, but the interviewer didn't really clarify. The last question was more of a logic puzzle, not really technical. The next two interviews were strictly technical. The second interviewer seemed really checked out, which was off-putting and felt like a waste of time. The third interviewer was nicer, but honestly, after the second interview, I was pretty much done.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Nothing unexpected or hard but the puzzle to solve which serves no purpose posting here since it was pretty arbitrary.
