Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

So I had a hiring manager call first, then an execution interview. The final round involved a product presentation, a leadership interview, and then another interview with the hiring manager. The execution interview was pretty standard, focused on how I'd get things done. The hiring manager calls were mostly to make sure I had the right skills and would fit in.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process was really structured, and the recruiters got back to me fast. They actually sent a guide for each interview step. The first two interviews were focused on product thinking. After that, there was a call with a recruiter to go over expectations, followed by a behavioral interview. For the product interviews, they picked cases or products I was already familiar with.

I didn't have a phone interview; instead, I got an email asking me to do a write-up on a project with two main requests. I tried to ask for clarification on the questions, but I never got any answers, even after following up twice. So, I went ahead and did the write-up anyway, clearly stating my assumptions since I didn't get any clarification. I spent a good amount of time researching and analyzing. Then I submitted my answer. I didn't hear back at all! Not about the assignment, not about the job... NOTHING! I totally wasted a bunch of my time on this project, and they didn't even have the decency to send me an email. If they're this unprofessional with candidates, I really wonder what their company culture is like. I probably dodged a bullet.
